C class 2.7 cdi Elegence

I have just purchased my first ever Mercedes Benz(collecting it next week)- a c class 2.7 cdi elegence with tiptronic and cream leather.
Its on a 53 (2003)plate. Now i understand the c class had a facelift in 2004, but please could someone list the differences from the model i own(both interior and exterior)
Also do 2003 C class's have xenons as standard? Also was it an option for these models to have bi xenons

Id appreciate the help and apologise if i sound a bit thick about this!

FRom memory the differences were mainly cosmetic. If you have a look at the current one you'll see but basically new dash, new steering wheel,clean headlight lenses and deeper front spoiler etc.
Enjoy the new motor - the 270 is a great engine - no complaints about mine anyway!

Would you know if it is possible to purchase the clear headlight units and if so is it a straight swap?

there are some other changes too, as well as what has been mentioned the facelift model is galvanised so it wont rust, and the suspension has been improved with better handling and steering.
