"C" class 2013 Audio problem

Hi all.
I posted this question a while ago - but got no answers - so trying again.

"C" class 2013 Estate.
The radio is fine then goes really quiet for a few seconds then comes back on again - really annoying when listening to the news or a discussion program.

Do you have the Sat Nav running and have you set the voice guidance to mute the radio.
If you have, it will drop the audio level of the radio even if you’ve muted the Sat Nav voice commands

Same with RDS/TP if that is still a thing.

Thanks for reply. Should I turn off the Sat Nav then or un mute the radio - if yes how ?

It’s in the settings somewhere, you can chose to not mute the radio. It is in the manual (if you have it) if not just work through all the settings pages until you find it.

Or when it mutes turn the volume control up so you hear the satnav voice.
