Car Play and AA

Hi I brought a 2019 CLA 200 AMG line night edition recently and was disappointed to find it only had an FM radio and CD player. Hasn't even got DAB radio. The local MB dealer said my car was not compatible with Car Play or Android Auto. But every where I look states the CLA 200 should have it.

I've tried plugging my phone into the usb phone slot stated in most forums but nothing. I had to buy a navigation SD card as the one in the car was missing.

Any idea if my car should have Apple Play or AA and if so how do I get it on my infotainment screen.

Thanks I have got that slot and I have plugged my phone in but nothing happens on the screen on the car. How do I 'code it in' please?

It's a specialist process that is required to be done by a garage or workshop with the necessary equipment

Have you checked the data sheet to see what should be fitted to the car?
