Just wondering if anyone knew the injector flow rates of the w203 cdi range? and what injectors would be suitable for an upgrade for a 270 cdi (except the c30 AMG, as these are mega expensive)
or would any other injector/nozzle from the Mercedes range fit, I believe coding is not required for the injector on these cars.
Thanks

Correct, no coding required.

Can't help on the flow rates, but its probably going to be something like 100mg/stroke, as the 270cdi you cant get much past 85mg/stroke with standard rail pressure.

You wont have much options apart from C30cdi injectors, or custom injectors/nozzles.

A re-map is the best way to go to give it an extra shove down the road cost wise.
Or............
If you want to start changing parts then removing some bits first helps this engine,
inlet manifold flaps
clean out cat/s (delete)
EGR delete (remap)

Adding parts to it
320CDI turbo and injectors
larger inter-cooler
separate gearbox oil cooler
rolling road re-map

Also

Reasonable prices on these C30 CDI AMG injectors
no different from any other CDI injector price wise.

remap done, also egr delete. I haven't done the cat (s) or manifold flaps yet, (not great with the spanner!) I have a 320 turbo, which I need to send away for reconditioning.

If you want to go past 1.5 bar you will need a new map sensor, and rescaling of it in the ECU.

I would do bigger intercooler before fitting the 320cdi turbo, and see if you run out of air or fuel first (it will be fuel, so adding the 320cdi turbo won't help that much). Fitting an EGT probe would be beneficial as that is what will kill your turbo
