Coding features - mute in reverse gear ?

Hi team

Is feature coding prevalent in our MBs?

I know for VAG cars it doesn't take much to code loads of various features into the car such as indicators always on front (silly, but the only example that springs to mind)

I remember on my parents Golf the music would mute/quite when going into reverse to aid concentration.

Is this something that I can code into my S212 ?

Never seen that on my ML but there's a mute button on the radio & another on the steering wheel

My Audi can be configured for a lot of different options using Carista, a few of the options are available on the car as standard but I would say 90% are only available with Carista. I dont think such a thing exists for MB's.
