Hi. Did you fix it? I have same problem, i try nearly everything. Change injectors, dpf sensor, maf, clean egr, clean dpf and still the same, regenerate every 50-60 km. thank you.
Seems to be the norm. I use DPF spray cleaner every 4-6 months but then use the app to force a regeneration which resets the ratio % and it lasts another 6 months

It varies between 60 and 100 miles now, but after a clean I get around 120 miles between them. When I look at the app at live data, after a regeneration it still reads around 40% full, so that only gives 60% till full. As a very rough guide, mine fills by 1% every mile of average driving. In town it can climb very quick as you stop and start. At a constant 40mph, it might only go up 1% every 3 or 4 miles.

Mine is exactly the same, did you have software update by Mercedes?
Is not normal, in mine if desconect the MAF sensor is fills just 1% every 10-12 km.

I've not had a Mercedes update for about 4 years.

Same, no boost leak
What mileage are you on? Mine is 225,000 so I'm now suspecting worn piston rings leaking oil past and causing sooting. If I coast down a long hill section, there's no diesel being injected, but soot level still slowly rises. But who knows, there's so many sensors that can play up and cause issues and not show up until they totally break.

They checked for that and said no leaks on any hoses.

I would bet £££ you have a boost leak. your basically 4p short of changing the entire engine!

How many DPF's do you think we have removed in 5 years? 0

How many cars you think come in with DPF full or component fault in that time? Too many to count.

I was a little shocked when I a garage asked me what I meant by a boost leak test

Smoke test often only show MASSIVE leaks as most smoke tester operate at a lower pressure relative to the boost pressure (1/1,5 bar). It is often neccesary to pressurise the intake to the max peak boost pressure using an air conmpressor to trace all leaks, especially ones that occur during cruising that will cause soot formation and increased DPF fill rate.

Any idea how much a boost leak test costs on average?

How did you test for the vacuum leak?

I just touch all the vacuum lines what coming out from the vacuum tank…and when I touch one line I hear like was air leak i try to remove but the nuzzle just broke. So I need a vacuum tank to be sure is 100% what I causing the dpf fill really fast.
