E240 Speaker change - upgrading speakers in E class

I've recently purchased an R reg E240 Estate and found the standard speakers to be well, lacking.  I wish to replace them with aftermarket sets but I'm not certain how you take off the bottom of the door panels.  Also, is it possible to get the original Bose upgrade fitted at this time?
