today while stuck in traffic i noticed my engine temperature soaring almost onto the red bar on the guage. It would seem the fan is not coming on to cool the engine.I have A C200 2000W REG (202) Can someone point me in the right direction as to what needs replaced or fixing and how easy a job it is. many thanks

OK just checked, and its the same as I put up before.

With your type of fan it should run all of the time and speed up at 80c, if it is not turning at all the drive will have to be replaced

The drive I put up in the link earlier is the visco coupling that is filled with silicon.

It would be much cheaper to get an indie to do it, that are threads here where people have done it themself, Do a search here Visco fan
