engine problem

hello everyone, please can you help me.
i have a 1990 260e and recently i have started having a problem.
when i start the car up first thing in the morning it fires up no problem, the problem is after about 4 miles(when its warmed up) it starts to miss and especially when i try to put my foot down. i have changed all 6 plugs but still have the problem. CAN ANY ONE HELP???

usually the distributor cap and rotor arm, never use cheap replacements, just bosch ideally.
