hui people i have a 1998 c250 (202) turbodiesel and once the car has heated up the engine starts to miss fire. the diagnostics does not read any fault on ecu. but if the lights are turnt on or rear window heater is on itll stop.

but turbo is squirting the oil into the intercooler. wuold this affect? or if lights and heater is on if not in drive or reverse itll still shake?

can anyone help or got any ideas why this could be?...

I'm struggling to understand your post - please spend a bit more effort on explaining your issue rather than half a scribbled text message.
Anyway - if I get what you are saying.
Car misfires when warm. If you turn on the headlights or heated rear window, it runs properly. Interesting behaviour.
Well, the lights/window issue tell you that the symptom at least is points to an over voltage issue. So the first thing I'd be doing is putting a meter across the battery once it's warm and running badly and check the voltage. If you find it's over 14.4v then the first thing I'd be looking to replace would be the alternator regulator. Over voltage is going to upset the electrics and then all bets are off.

Second thing that comes to mind, and I leave this to others to comment is the OVP relay.

Turbo leaking oil is a concern. Could cause a misfire and could equally cause a run on issue as it starts to run on engine oil. I suspect this will need attention too.

there will be a small amount of oil in the intercooler from the turbo, but if it is any significant amount (ie if its dripping out when pipes are removed) this could be signs that there may be turbo problems ahead, and if the engine starts to 'run' on the oil as jberks has said, it could blow the engine up as there will be no governors to prevent it over revving when it runs on the oil!
