I have a W211 2003 model. The built-in phone system was working fine with the Nokia but now when I call people they can't hear me. Could I have inadvertantly switched the microphone off? Is there anything I can do to make it work again? Thanks for your help in advance.

I dont think that you can turn it off but the wire to the mice can come adrift. Mine did. Check the wiring behind the interior light, (at least that is where mine is) make sure that the connector is well pushed together.
