Owner of a 180d. Not so popular here in Sweden I have to say.
I hope to learn a lot from all of you!

Someone not driving an ovloV....!

Is it not popular as it's an A class (they're everywhere here) or, as it's a Diesel?

How are Diesels viewed in Sweden these days?

I don't know. The car is "B class", diesel.
"B" is not popular at all here... but neither diesel is, actually. I didn't think about that :).
The diesel price reached recently "normal" european levels. I have never understood the view of Sweden towards diesel, since the late 90:s.
From thermodynamics view it is ia very efficient engine..

Hi! Actually it is a B Class. My bad.
I meant that the B Class is not popular here in Sweden.
But ye, also Diesel seems to be not popular. I never understood the Swedish position of DIesel engines vs Gasoline engiens. Thermodynamically it is an engine with a better efficiency... but Ok...

I have imported my W212 and C219 both from Sweden :) I think Swedish started to get rid of big diesels about 5 years ago, so got them much cheaper than in Finland, of course currency exchange rate played a some small role too.
