Hi
Ive just recentely bought a 2003 ml270.
I have noticed there is a hissing noise coming from the brake pedal when depressed.
A garage has told me that it is possibly a diaphragm on the servo that has split and that the servo needs replacing, which will be a costly repair.
Is there any way that the diaphragm itself can be replaced rather than the whole servo unit ?
Is it dangerous for the car to be driven with this fault ?
