I got slightly itchy accelerator foot today and started configuring an E53 cab on MB but took a reality check ...wtf would I do without my 212?
Maybe I’ll just get a resonator delete - can’t decide on that either!

Not at all, I meant that the C class is a basic drivetrain, suspension, gearbox etc. So not much to go wrong.

Its pro for keeping the C and a con for getting the CL

I don't like the grill and the rear badges are in the wrong place, so would need to be removed.

Agree with you about the Grill and badges, but these are easily replaced/moved.

Personally I would swap the S class for this in a heart beat, but then I do not need 4 doors.

I like the idea of a "model captain". We're not so organised on here. Do you get a uniform ? Some sort of hat ?

I am member of said club. They do events very well. The forum is a nightmare IMO so i’ve Stopped frequenting it except very occasionally - nice magazine too....bit too ‘formal’ again, my opinion. The vibe is better on here

Many thanks. I have had a look and it is a lovely car, unfortunately is a prefacelift. I must have the supercharged engine
