If this is a CL500 C216 front door speaker cover?, does it just pop out?

seen this image on ebay, it looks like mine from the outside.

Looking at the hooks, is that just a pry off the white tipped prongs at the bottom and sides, and then slide down from the top towards the ground.?

Or does one have to take the whole door card off?

Asked as the previous owner stood in some glue and swiped the speaker grill.
Got most off, bit still looks a bit manky in certain sunlight.
It would be a lot easier to access the glue with the cover off.

I think you have to remove the whole door

Looks like it just pops off - why not give it a try?

Looks like the edge nearest ghee camera unclipped then the far edge lifts out.

Just thought I would ask, as I dont have a lot of luck undoing trim. ( tabs seem to snap off )
And that poxy plastic grill cover is £158 plus VAT.
So was hoping someone had taken a C216 door card off and could relay real world experience.

I would rather have some glue marks on it, that a loose vibrating speaker grill (as its got a 1/2 Decent HK bass speaker in there :-/ )

Thanks that is what I thought too.
I am assuming those white tipped clips are pinched equally i.e. Just lever out, rather than Being the one sided hooked type that one can reduce the strain by pushing them in the right direction as you lever off.?

Thats why I thought one wont have to take the door card off.
Either they clip into the door or the door door card itself, shouldnt matter which ?

Has anyone taken off an actual C216 Door card? (not a C215).
If so could you remove the front speaker grill without removing the door card?

Love to hear from someone who has actually done this.
