I have just bought my first Mercedes Benz - a 2008 350SL - which joins a small collection of 'hobby' cars, dating back to 1937. First impressions are astonishing performance, poise and comfort and more electronics than I have encountered in any other vehicle. Let's hope they all continue to work!
