One of our members wanted to make others aware of the brilliant service he has received over the years at Klasse of Fulham http://www.klasse-of-fulham.co.uk/
“ I have been a client of Klasse of Fulham for approximately 6 years now and wish to say that the expertise offered is at the highest level. Klasse of Fulham under the ownership of Mr Steve Shali provides not only such expertise but also instils confidence to its clients. Together with all his knowledgeable staff, it is a ‘joy and welcoming’ feeling to know that one’s treasured possession is in good and capable hands through their skills and knowledge.
Up till ‘employing’ Klasse to take care of all my MB vehicles, I used a number of other so-called ‘specialists’ which quite frankly rarely lived up to the mark; only sufficient to provide somewhat inflated invoices !
There have been many occasions upon which I have had to call upon Klasse’s time even without prior appointment, where a bulb may have blown, the engine is not running as it should be – no effort is spared in accommodating me on these occasions.
I wanted to state for the record that Klasse of Fulham is an outstanding establishment in terms of its professional mannerism toward myself as well as other clients when I have been on their premises – nothing is too much to deal with.
I wish Klasse all the best for the future – long may it continue to serve the MB community. From a personal point of view I wish to say thank you Steve and all at Klasse in providing a customer service of the highest and consistent quality and order”.
