Hi all, new to the forum, I have a problem!

My left hand indicators are stuck on - not flashing, but actually stuck on - any advice?

That'll be the flashing relay held on !

You don't say what model you have, but just find the relay and pull it, indicator will go out, then you have to find the cause !

I'm not sure if you'll have a ticker unit (little silver cylinder) or a relay that controls other things also such as the wipers. Anyway the silver relay could just be tapped and it may start working again or just replaced. They're dead cheap.

If its the relay then try finding the relay box and tapping it also. Also take it out wait for a few seconds nd put it back. If that fails you might need to replace the relay which could be pricey dependent on availability.

Television should be able to tell you what type of unit your indicators run on.

Thank you Bushy, Northcave and television!

We just went outside and tried the alarm, and hey presto when the alarm was activated then deactivated, the lights went out!

Next job clean the alarm contacts...!

Thank you again... :D
