Locking Problem

Hi could anyone advise I have a 2006 C Class where the fob will unlock the doors and boot but will not lock the vehicle. Battery seems okay and operates fine from a distance .
Central locking works from dash and key locks drivers door manually.

This is normally the spring this need and released.

Thanks John I do have both keys and they both work the same all functions except locking the vehicle
