Howdy all,
Went to the Mercedes dealership in Purley on Saturday and took a CLC for a test drive. Very pleased with the car but the financing wasn't quite right for me so walked away. Sad times.
However my interest in the car remains so am looking to buy one on PCP (any recommendations of good places to arrange this with or better haggling techniques with MB??), possibly from Car Giant. So my question is,
1) Is there anything I should be looking for when inspecting these cars - any known issues or anything?
2) The above - I'm not sure of how tight the dealerships hands are tied when it comes to MB financing, perhaps I should just try somewhere else? By that I mean does the payment vary from MB dealership to dealership? Looking to pay sub-£200 per month if possible and the lowest I was offered was £228 (initial quote was £240). It's a used CLC so didn't mention anything about dropping the screen price either?
3) Does anybody know if Agility are still doing the £750 deposit contribution and if so, can it be utilised on used vehicles?
Thanks for your help!
