Loss of memory

The power seat memory on the driver's side of my 1985 380SE has stopped working. Electric adjustments do sill work. Help me!

Roy, it could be a bad contact in the little memory pushbuttons or a loose wire. Sometimes a failure can occur just from the normal opening and closing of the door. Otherwise there are these little resistor pots on the motors but I'd thiink that you'd only lose one memory function like forward/back and not all. Lastly, the controller box may possibly be the culprit. Good luck!

Thanks Dave for your suggestions, I checked it out and fortunately it was just a loose wire and so was easily fixed.
