Hello.. i am new to this. I have a 2003 E240 . I have problems with the radio.No error codes, the radio turns on, the preset stations work, the cd changer works, but no volume or sound. I can adjust the volume with the knob and see the bars adjust with no issues....the sound that comes from turning the voloume faids away. Just no sound out of the speakers. Can you help ????

I do not know the radio that you have but if its muted then the sound output is cut to the speakers,pressing the mute button again normally restores it to normal
Could it be that the last owner had a phone and he has taken it out
