merc e220 - car juddering when idle HELP!! PLEASE!

for the past 2 days when the car is in the d position it is juddering and stuttering, the revs go up and down by themselves!. Any ideas Anyone? Thanks

There is not much you can do with out fault code readings. Suggest as you are in the Midlands you give a call. The number is on the site below.
