mercedes c200 steering lock esl problem

Hi

Can anyone suggest a merc mechanic near cardiff south wales to fix this common problem on my C200

usual symptoms
key in and lock doesnt disengage
car wont start

had a few events before fail,needed to jiggle steering wheel to get car to start,but now failed.

ps..usually use continental cars but hes off on holiday
