Mercedes ml270 Cdi loss of power?

Hi I git a Mercedes ml270 54plate and it keeps going into limp mode.It keeps losing power and won't rev over 2.5k when I'm driving but will rev fully when I'm in neutral and if I switch ignition off it will reset it self for a short while then no boost again.?ive given car full service,inc new airflow meter,cleaned egr,and taken off intake manifold and cleaned that.also decat the primary cat,and checked for split pipes.no lights on dash apart from glow plug light stays on which I sort out this week..my freind plugged in car and came up with p1403 exhaust gas recirultion (egr)also when he fist scanned car I had p1470 charge pressure negative control but cleared that code drove it around 10mins and the first code came up.not sure what else to check???

Chances are it has an air leak or the vacuum transducer(s) has failed.
