Out of fairness, Mercedes Southampton did mine without being asked one year when I forgot to ask.

The SLC with the 9 speed box was done on the 5 year service as part on the service plan.
The E350CDI with the 7 speed was also done on the last service at 60K miles as part of the service plan.

I took mine out nearly three years ago and it is costing me £40 a month. Mobilo only is dependent on a dealer service, not a service plan. Interesting comments about auto trans service. I think mine is due in October (5 years) but nothing showing on the Mercedes Service portal, just a routine A service. Will have to call them sometime.

Note that many dealers offer discounts on servicing older cars to keep them within the dealer network. Next service on my SL will be at 40% labour and 10% parts discount.

It’s called Mercedes 7+ year service (or similar )

I think it’s dealer dependent. Southampton used to offer 4+ discounts but haven’t seen anything recently as I’m on a service plan. Sandown have their own plan
