I may have mentioned this before but since I bought my car (8000 miles ago) there has been a whirring noise coming from the axillary belt area and I need to sort this out now before they fail.
I'm pretty sure it's the pulleys because I've lifted the belt off one and it felt pretty rough. One also has belt groves in the plastic which suggests to me it's maybe seizing up at higher RPM? The tensioner wheel is also vibrating on the belt, could this cause the vibration I can feel through the wheel at idle? I was blaming it on cheap replacement engine mounts.
So I'm getting two pulleys from Carparts4less, I presume their both the same part, and there's two of them, or have I missed one? Thanks
