Out of true crank pulley

Was washing the engine bay today and noticed this, should I be worried? Poss rubber deteriorating?

I cannot tell from the video, but the rubber can fail , there could be visible evidence on the pulley

It's difficult to see, I will rotate the video. Maybe an excuse for a larger crank pulley?
