I actually work in the insurance industry for a major UK insurer (no prizes for guessing who).. in anti fraud to be precise.
Dont know a huge amount about claims processes and regulations as have never worked in that area, but from reading this forum theres a lot of misinformation spread about insurers and insurance procedure and policy.
