Hi all,
I haven't been around here for quite a while but just got a new toy tonight, it's a 98 SLK 230 (170) and is in much better shape than I was expecting, no rust on any arches and pretty reasonable all round. It was way too slow though so I just had a quick look in the dark and found a 2 pin connector to the supercharger which I guess actuates the clutch, fired 12V in and it clicked so I went for a quick spin and it was much better.
My question to your collective selves is what triggers the clutch and can you accelerate my fault finding process?
Thanks
James
