Shake wobble on cl63 M156 2008 uk

As it happens when warm.
If its a CL 63 ... Has it had the headbolt and cam bucket fix applied.?
I would guess this engine no. is lower than ending in 60658
So in the "at risk" range of engines.
Does the engine oil cap look milky?
Lost any coolant?

Mentioned this fault more because all else seems fine.

Still not got to the bottom of this but have noticed that my coolant level is going down. Topping up twice this week and only done around 50 miles. There is definable now a shake or miss on idle. Will call dealer tomorrow to find out if head bolt has been done but I very much doubt it!

Some very light creamy ness under the cap but I haven’t really driven it for a month this winter so thought that might be the reason, will have a good look for leaks tomorrow
