SLK 230 roof/windows problem

Hi I am having a problem with my windows not coming up once I put the roof up. They go down fine and the roof retracts fine but when I put the roof back up the windows stay down. It started with just the small A shape windows but now all windows do not come up, it makes all the right noises but nothing happens. The main two windows work and will close if I operate the switches but the little ones stay down. Sorry this is so long winded but best to explain what is happening, Hey I am 70 years old which does not help LOL. Any one got advice that might help?

you need to check for water damage in the >PSE pump in the boot.

Have checked PSE looks dry no damage IF I checked the right thing any still not working a frame (small windows) still down. More help needed Please
