Let's discuss this further, I'm in the process of trying to sell my old car and the front grill emblem was faded, I've ordered a new one from the dealer and will replace this to sell the car.
I also know that if you own a SAAB car and the badge fades then you can go to any delaer and the badge will be replaced without charge.
What is MB's policy on this? I know that the MB star is very often the target of thiefs, do most people replace a badge once some 'ned' has tried to steal it?
