What do people think? 2006 Viano vs 2013 Vito for the same price?

The 2006 Viano comes up on a car checker site as "Mileage Issues. There is a mix of odometer readings in miles and kilometres in the MOT history." Thats not good really.

Drive them both and decide.
Yes I suppose that's the logical thing to do. Thanks for that, it's a bit to easy to try and do things from behind a computer these days.

Give you the opportunity to check wear on seats, steering wheel and pedal rubbers. As well as getting an idea of what you really want.

Hmm, it appears to have been clocked, the mileage was going up at 20,000 a year, it was being serviced Tottenham so central London, theres a photo of the service record with a business card placed over the milage, and a website says the mileage is not consistent. 18 years at 20k a year would be 360,000, I suspect that's what it's really done.

I'll see if there are any others at a similar price.

2014 639 Viano- 651, 5sp Auto. 2009 S211- 646, 5sp Auto.
Looks like the 06 Viano has spent some years in Europe.
Not sure the miles / Km discrepancy match up when converted.
The latest MoT shows several issues, 24th April 24, not yet corrected.
Be very cautious with om651 emission's on the 639. The vehicle may be rated for 0.1 thingies, and that's near impossible to attain.
This can be disguised, but if previous MoT's have, and you are caught unaware, you buy a vehicle that will never be a genuine pass.

I would aim for a post facelift whatever.
That will have galvanised panels, and be apparent by 2 round clocks.
