Hi there,

Got an S320 2005 model - replaced the turbo just over 12mths ago but the fitting wasn't done correctly and car kept going into limp mode. Finally got the fitting sorted and then the EGR valve needed replacing.

Replaced this and had the filter cleaned..... car seemed ok for a few miles but then, shock horror, limp mode again.

Back onto STAR machine and now it's the turbo actuator - it's faulty. Unfortunately, we are just outside the warranty period for the new turbo (arghhhh) so looking at having the actuator reconditioned if possible.

My question is (and I think I know the answer already) does the turbo and actuator come as one unit or can the the actuator be replaced separately?

I'm losing my mind with this ****** car - it is a major drain on my finances!!!
