Vibration on overrun

I just had a trip to the UK from France and I noticed on the way home that when I put the cruise on to get me back to 130kph, I get a vibration as the car reaches the set speed and slightly overruns. As soon as it backs off and settles down to the set speed, the vibration stops. Anyone got any ideas as to what this could be. It is a E320 cdi estate left hand drive. S210.

If it does it using the accelerator pedal normally and you can replicate the problem that way I'd start at the propshaft and see if there are any worn bearings.
