VITO accessory power supply for radio

hi only just picked on old 04 vito up one of its lesser but more annoying issues each time you switch engine off radio looses all memory , before I start removing bits of dash could someone point me in the simplest direction to look cheers

The supply to the cig lighter below is the usual permanent 12 volt pick up.
if your HU doesn't have canbus you can also pick up the 12 volt light signal from there if you HU can use one.

cheers that was the first place I looked but my cig lighter isn,t live without the ignition on
