A previous owner has butchered the radio loom in my '92 W140 500se. It may be due to someone stealing the radio. Anyway, does anyone know if there is a loom repair section available to restore the standard connectors?

I can answer that and the answer is no, not for that part of the car.

It is possible to work them out

I'd suggest getting an ISO standard radio plug with a short loom on the back and grafting that into what's left. That way any new ISO stereo will plug straight in

That kind of plug & loom is available from any car audio shop for about £10

I would pull one from the MB grave yard, match the wires, solder them together and tape them off.

That's what I did for my antenna connector! :p

Hope This Helps!
