w203 c220cdi auto filler tube oil leak

Have noticed at the rear of the block where the auto filer tube is, there seems to be engine oil around this ?

Is there any week spots where oil can escape such as valve cover ? Or is there something else to check around this area ?

I think first job is to clean it all up , and see where it's coming from ...I'm sure there is a list of areas it may have come from , including someone splilling oil on top up .

Just cleaned it up today with break cleaner, replaced the o rings on my pcv yesterday . Will have a ride in the morning to see whats still leaking
