Hi All,
I've been thinking of upgrading the speakers since installing my Pioneer AVH-3500DAB head unit (4 x 50W RMS output). I was planning to start with the front pair then maybe do the rear as well. But the other day one the rear passenger side speaker starting making horrible buzzing sounds (like there is a fly in there). This was probably caused by playing my music too loud or with too much bass (probably both!).
Next weekend I will be taking the door panel off to take a look at it and see if I can repair it. If not, I will be replacing it! Either way, I will be placing an order for front speakers, with or without the rears too. I believe the fronts are 165mm and rear 130mm.
So... choices.... I've spent quite a lot of time researching which ones to get. My budget is about £300 (I distributed it £200 front and £100 rears). A lot of people have been recommending Focal speakers, so that's what I have looked at mainly - but then there's different types and I get really bogged down it it all
The options within my price range are:
So, my questions are?
Oh, and what adapter places do I need? These ok?

- Focal Polyglass V15 Series; 165 - £170; 130 £155
- Focal A1 Series; 165 - £100; 130 - £100
So, my questions are?
- Most important - will they fit?
- Are Focal a good choice?
- What combination should I go do? I was thinking 130A1 for the rear and 165KR for the fronts, bang on my £300 budget OR Polyglass all around, bit above budget at £325.
Oh, and what adapter places do I need? These ok?
