Is it possible to upgrade the Audio 20 to DAB, I thought mine was going to have it but no.

Almost certainly - talk to comand.co.uk (forum sponsors), have your VIN handy so they can look up your build spec. Pretty certain they have a DAB upgrade on their website comandonline.co.uk.
