Anywhere online I can order these from? Have had a look on ebay but they all seem to be for the 300D.

Also I have read that Bosch quality of the nozzles is not what it used to be, is this true?

I wasn't aware you could do much with CDI injectors without specialist equipment. theyre much more complex, from what I can gather, than the old type injectors

Oh but you can, just keep things clean... OM613 injectors are not necessarily even coded to ECU.

I have linked this Finnish thread many times, nice pics, story of the thread is that inner 'teflon' seal is leaking internally aand was changed (seal kit available like shown).

Edit: search you nearest Bosch service, they can help...

Yes no coding on the OM613. I watched (not the best) YT video but it seems the nozzle can be changed quite easily

Nope. I left it in the end, it was one of those things where I wanted to overhaul what I could, especiallya s some of the parts were 200k old. I have thought about reconditioned the injectors but again not looked into it enough.

The injected quantities on mine are in tolerance so no rush for me really

I have found a supplier of nozzles in Germany

I changed my no6 injector as Star said it was out of spec. It was showing 5.2 and causing the dreaded tapping noise that so much is talked about on here. When I removed the old injector, I removed the nozzle so I could get the part number stamped on the nozzle and then googled it. I got quite a few results. This means I could change the other 5 nozzles for about the cost of another reconditioned injector. However, it’s all working fine at the moment, so maybe later. My nozzles have done 375000 kilometres so far, so would be worn.
