W212 and W204 DRL are they thesame ?

Hi All.

I need to replace my O/S W212 DRL, I am missing the chrome and the actual light.

When I have looked around, I am starting to think that the W204 and W212 are the same type of DRL (non hockey stick type, the straight one).

Can anyone please confirm, if anyone can also tell me where I can get them for a good price.

The only place as far as I know will be from mercedes, have you asked the dealer for a price.

The ones with the grey housing are a 204 part number but the ones with the black housing are not. So they may well be interchangeable. The fact that the W212 uses a W204 part doesnt mean if you order the 204 part it will be cheaper because its a C class though. Many models share parts. for instance ive seen 171 part numbers on a c class before.

It seems these are relatively cheap from your local dealer.
