So the EML light comes on and the cause is the turbo acctuator, acctuator then replaced and all is good in the world. BUT intermittently now under normal town driving the gearbox will shift into top gear and wont kickdown, if you switch to manual shifting it shows as going into 3rd gear and you can accelerate and shift through the gears manually. If you stop the car and switch off and restart then all is good again. I have done the relearn procedure between the ECU'S
