Hello,

Ok so I have had my Torque Converter reconditioned a while back... car performs better in general, but I noticed something strange today. Was going downhill real slow (no throttle, just in 2nd gear on "C" setting rolling down while in a traffic jam) and noticed that the resistance/friction from the drive train changes seemingly randomly as I roll downhill. So sometimes it would "brake" a bit, other times the resistance would be almost gone and it would roll freely.

Is this normal behavior? To be honest I can't recall if the W210 rolls the same way... it just seems odd that it does this. It does not seem to be speed-related, just kind of happens at random. Any ideas? Does this mean there is an issue with the TC? When I apply even the smallest amount of throttle, it's all smooth and there is no variability. The car does not jerk or stutter... but just seems to occasionally use the TC as a brake, and occasionally not.
