W245 B170 Starter motor and other errors

I've had mine done in August 2017.

Just to clarify: when I typed "As above" I was referring to what Alex said!

I’ve had the esp and the run flat problem on mine and it was the sensor and hub ring
Its in the garage at the minute , it went in yesterday but the wrong part turned up
Finding it hard to get parts delivered from Mercedes

No it’s still in the garage
It’s had a new sensor and hub ring and the warnings lights are still on
I’ve now been told it the abs pump
It’s the electrical part on the pump not sending a signal
I’m going to pickup a second hand pump this afternoon
It will need coding to the car then hopefully this will dove the problem

I’ve picked up the pump and the it’s getting fitted and coded Monday hopefully
Fingers crossed this is the end of the matter
I’ve had no car for 8 days now good job I don’t really need it
Hoping all in should be around £350

so I found this video on youtube and got a little excited.

Turned out my glove box light is working just fine...

I went through fuses 4, 12, 24, and 60 none of them had blown, I even took a look at ESP ones too!

not good.... if we do decide to get the car fixed its going into a Merc indi (the guy services the car for us) but i use Uxbridge or Brentford Mercedes for my W204 Coupé

It’s been problem after problem
He’s told me he’s had 3cars this week with the same problem and fitted a new sensor and all was good but not mine
It seems to be going on forever now ,
To be honest I’m starting to get a little bit ****ed off

Hey,

So RAC came back out today, (we had a different dude) he checked

Battery
Some belt
and then most of the fuses and said all where fine.
He turned the key over (nothing happened)
Used his screwdriver and inserted it somewhere in the fuse box and the car started up.

He informed that its not the starter motor and mentioned there could be a "computer issue" ignition is not talking to an ECU to start the car up.

We managed to Tow it to Sapphire Autos in Ruislip.

My car fixed

Was a relay (not sure which one) but the garage said its had burnt out and caused some wiring to melt.

£300 out of pocket lol (not me but the dad)

I will find out the exact relay caused this and what went wrong when I collect the car.
