hi can anyone tell me where to buy service spares around manchester as halfords dont stock anything for a ml320 seen on ebay but not sure if they are correct parts , and is the e class 320 oil filter and plugs the same .

Go to Mercedes you may pay a little extra but its worth using only genuine mercedes service parts. And dont skimp on the oil either.

Have a nose around for a GSF (German Swedish and French) or Eurocarparts, bound to be both in your area.
They are good for things like OE quality brake pads (textar) and discs and loads of other stuff.
As Jib says though for some service parts eg filters it pays to go to the dealer.
