Today I picked up a 2015 E350D Convertible. Other than a few minor issues it’s great.

The one issue which is annoying is whistling from the passenger window (I think) when I get to 70mph.

Is this a simple adjustment of the window or something more serious?

Likely to be a seal around the door / window I would have thought. Do they all look ok?

Used to have a C63...
Try a window reset, in case the auto-drop has been disturbed.

Hold window switch down until window is fully retracted, keep it held down for a good 5 seconds.

Then put window fully up, again keep switch held in closed position for a good 5 seconds. (Can do that with all windows, just in case).

I’d also lubricate the rubber seals - Gumi Pfledge and/or silicone spray. Put some life back into the rubber

C87B7F09-9466-46FE-9F4B-7A18B9DB4D0A.jpeg I think I’ve found the issue. The top of the window sticks out on the passenger side whereas it’s flush on the drivers side.

That'll do it!

(Once you get alignment sorted, don't let people open & close door by putting their mitts on the glass!)

Definitely!

I’m guessing the alignment of something for a Main Stealer to do?

Don’t go anywhere near a main dealer, unless you’ve way too much money in your wallet… give @alexanderfoti a call, he’s down your way

Are there any recommendations for indies near Hythe? As Tonbridge is a ball ache to get to?
