Window problem

Hi everyone ,I need some help .
I have a 270 cdi clk with 180k on clock .Just passed MOT no problem last Tuesday Result ,cost of test only !!
Then on Sunday went out ,shut drivers door and window in rear did not full close to seal against front window. Did the reset thing open window fully 10 seconds with finger on button and NOTHING !! Window down and won't come up . Can hear a click but no other noise .All other s work as they should except driver rear window .Any ideas ,currently have cardboard and gaffer tape as window.

Eeeek. As a first try removing the fuse to see if it resets something.

Failing that it seems like door car module off and some probing.

Have booked auto electrical guy for next week .it did this once before but cured its self about 5 mins later .no such luck this time lol
