Yellow engine management light flashes

Hi, I bought a mbs 2011 from the Mercedes bens and time to time the yellow engine management light flashes and after I turn off the engine and then start it then the light stops flashing.
The van drives well and I have taken it to the Mercedes garage and they say they have fixed the problem but still I am getting the same problem.
Can anyone help please?
